The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) was established in 2017. Co-founded by sisters Victoria and Anna Agyekum of On Point Property Management.
Since 2017, the Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo has redefined the way international investors, diaspora members, and property developers connect with Ghana’s thriving real estate market. Our mission is to bridge the gap between premium Ghana property investments and a global audience through an immersive platform of information, networking, and exclusive real estate opportunities.
The initiative and vision was to solve an historic problem of many diaspora and foreign buyers having a negative experience investing in Ghana due to not knowing which reputable companies to go to. With our experience in property, heritage coupled with local and professional knowledge of Ghana, we were confident to evolve our idea into the GPLE.
The Expo has become the number one preferred and trusted international real estate investment platform for the global Ghanaian diaspora and foreign investors. And is designed to bridge the gap by providing a ‘one stop shop’ for investment and Lifestyle products and services. The Expo has become the gateway to safely invest in residential property investment in Accra and environs, within a safe and trusted environment.

AJ Akua is a celebrated actress, wellness coach, and humanitarian whose personal journey of reconnecting with her Ghanaian heritage has inspired millions worldwide. A Ghanaian citizen for 3 years, AJ Akua, President of her organization, THE BRIDGE TO BETTER, supports and has created programs in collaboration with the US Embassy GHANA, Diaspora Affairs, and Ghana Tourism, building connections within their pillars of interest in better health, entertainment, e-commerce, and education.
Since her first visit to Ghana in 2018, where her trip generated over 40 million online impressions, AJ Akua has consistently championed the nation on international stages. She produced three episodes of Lens of Cultureon TV One, introducing Ghana to over 80 million American households during the Jamestown to Jamestown celebrations. She launched The AJ Akua Experience, a VIP luxury retreat personally lead by her, further deepening engagement between the diaspora and Ghana.
Now calling Ghana home, AJ Akua brings her powerful story and advocacy to the GPLE Global Series, inspiring the diaspora to see Ghana not only as a cultural destination but as a place to live, invest, and build generational wealth.
Akosua Ofori-Ansah
Operations Manager
Akosua Ofori-Ansah has been a key part of the Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo team since 2018. As Operations Manager, she coordinates all event logistics, ensuring smooth delivery across our UK, USA, and Ghana editions.
With a strong background in event management and a passion for diaspora engagement, Akosua is committed to creating exceptional experiences for exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees. Her dedication and attention to detail help uphold the Expo’s reputation as a trusted platform for property and investment opportunities in Ghana.
Verity Lester
Exhibitor Liaison & Event Coordinator
Verity Lester joined On Point Property Management Ltd and the Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo team in 2022. As Office Manager, she ensures the smooth day-to-day running of operations, providing essential support to clients and the wider team.
In her role as Exhibitor Liaison and Event Coordinator for the Expo, Verity works closely with partners and exhibitors, managing communications and event logistics to deliver a seamless experience. Her organizational skills, professionalism, and commitment to client service make her an integral part of both teams’ success.
